Positive Plumbing, Heating, and Air, is a true testament to the American dream. The immigrant/family-owned company is led by the owner, Alex, who is originally from Africa. He was born and raised in Rwanda. In 1994, he escaped the country during its genocide and spent over seven years in refugee camps in several neighboring countries until he finally got an opportunity to come to the United States: “The place where freedom lives and dreams come true.” He is grateful to be an American citizen and is happily married with two young children. He and his family have lots of love for others, especially those who are in need and have no food. To give back, Alex and his family love to help poor families in Africa by providing life’s necessities to those people in need. It is because of his background that Alex takes pride in providing the best service he can for those in Orange County with plumbing, heating, and air needs at a fair and modest price.
