Hottest day of the week but this gentleman was here quick and very professional the entire time. He found the issue with our ac quickly and fixed it, helping our family get back to being comfortable again. If you live in the OC, call them!
My brother’s house in Irvine needed a new furnace and duct work replaced. I dealt with Alex from Arizona. He arrived as promised, called me after he assessed the situation and completed everything the next day. How often does that happen today? He was great!!
My water heater sprung a major leak, and despite my frantic attempts to reach a plumber, no one seemed to be picking up the phone. Then, like a guardian angel, Alex from Positive Plumbing answered my call. He made his way to my residence in Irvine, effectively preventing a potential flood situation. Remarkably, within a mere couple of hours, he not only put a stop to the leak but also managed to install a brand new water heater just in time for a family gathering.
We’ve used Positive Plumbing, Heating and Air for years now. Alex first installed a new AC compressor for our own home. Then my mom needed a new furnace, new ducts, etc so Alex did all that for her. Our rental units have needed maintenance, repair and replacement and we’ve always circled back to Positive. The value, workmanship, quality have always been very good. We always trust Alex’s opinion and assessment and have always found him to be trustworthy and honest.
Alex and team did an amazing job installing a new HVAC system in our home. They were extremely courteous and professional. System is quiet and installation was done properly and carefully. Highly recommend!
